ScreenTips - These eventually get annoying.  Here’s where to turn them off.
Set this to “1” - extra worksheets are easy to create if you need them, and confusing to other users if you don’t.  Keep it clean.
This is how your name will show up as author of new workbooks, or if another user wants to see a workbook you are working on.  Make sure this is YOUR name, not an odd number string or PC Name.
New Workbook defaults - You’ll want to set these immediately, so all your workbooks have the same “look and feel”.
